• Accounts must have a $5,000 minimum account equity balance to apply for Checkwriting.
• Only two authorized signatories are permitted per account.
• The form must be signed by all parties involved.
• Visa Check Cards only available to Individual, Joint and Self-Administered Trust Accounts (same named).
