  • Complete the Roth IRA Account Application
  • Complete all sections of both forms. Failure to do so will cause prolonged processing times
  • Sign both forms
  • Mail the application to your local Scottrade office

** A custodial version of the Roth IRA account is available. If you choose to establish a custodial Roth IRA, please be sure to include the minor's information on the applicant side and the custodian's information on the co-applicant side. Both forms must be signed by the custodian.
