Report a Lost or Stolen Card

With Scottrade Bank's online tools, you can report a lost or stolen ATM/debit card without having to remember your card number. When you select Manage ATM/Debit Card(s) under the Banking tab of your account, you'll see important information related to your card including the card's last four numbers, the card type and your name as the account holder.

Next to that information, you'll see three choices – Manage Linked Accounts, Report a Card Lost or Stolen, and Order Replacement.

  1. Click the Report a Card Lost or Stolen link. This starts the process of canceling your ATM/debit card to prevent any unauthorized use of your funds.
  2. Use the drop-down menu to select a reason for canceling your card, or enter your reason in the comment box provided.
  3. Click Continue.
  4. To confirm your decision to cancel your card, review the information provided and click Submit. Once you click Submit, we'll start the process for cancelling your card. We will send you an email to confirm the cancellation for your personal records.

Once you've finished cancelling your card, you'll have the option to order a new ATM/debit card or return to the Bank Account List page.
