Edit Positions Display
You can edit the Positions table on the Home page or the Positions page of your account to change the data columns displayed, the order in which each column appears, the number of positions shown and the way your positions are sorted. To edit your Positions table, log in to your Scottrade account and click the Edit link on the Positions table on your account Home page or your Positions page. The Home page is designed to give you an at-a-glance overview of the market performance related to your positions and allows you to add up to seven data columns. From the Positions page, you can add an unlimited number of data columns to view more detailed market information and monitor the performance of your positions.
The Edit Positions window allows you to add, remove and reorder the data columns shown in your Positions table so that you can choose to see information that best fits your investment interests.
To add a data column to your Positions table:
- Click any data column listed in the Available box and click the Add button. To select multiple data columns, press and hold the Control (Ctrl) key while you select your data columns.
To remove a data column from your Positions table:
- Click any data column in the Selected box and click the Remove button. To select multiple data columns, press and hold the Control (Ctrl) key while you select your data columns.
To change the display order of data columns in your Positions table:
- Click any data column in the Selected box and use the Move Up and Move Down buttons provided to assign a location to each data column.
To select the number of positions that display in your Positions table:
- Use the drop-down box provided at the bottom of the Edit Positions window to choose to display 20, 40, 60 or all of the positions you currently hold in your account. For the Positions page of your account, you may select to view 100 positions in your table.
Click Save to implement your changes. Click Cancel to return to your Positions table without making changes.
Mac users should use the Command key in place of the Control (Ctrl) key.
