Check Your Order Status
The Order Status window provides information on any order you have placed that is open, completed, has expired or has been canceled. You can use the Order Status window to keep track of trading activity in your account or modify an order that hasn't executed yet.
There are two ways to check the status of a stock or option order:
- On the Main Menu in the top left corner of the ELITE platform, point to Account and then click Order Status.
- From the Account menu at the top of ELITE, click Order Status.
Viewing an Advanced Order from Order Status
To view the status of an order with multiple components such as an OCO or OCA order, click the arrow next to the group order number to expand.
The Order Status window displays the individual components of the group order.
Note: When viewing information in the Order Status window, you can filter page results by selecting the Additional Filters link at the top of the window.
